Will Epstein - Oyster Bay [Video]

NYC singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter Will Epstein offers a second cut from his upcoming album, the utterly fascinating “Oyster Bay.” While the album’s first single, “Suddenly Rain,” already provided a good taste for the 11 tracks on Wendy, “Oyster Bay” fuels the desire further to wanting to listen to the entire record. The magnificent “Oyster Bay” comes with an artful video directed by David Schulze, with analog image processing by video artist Benton C. Bainbridge and art direction from Will Epstein. Wendy will be out on February 3 via Via Fat Possum Records, produced by Will Epstein and Michael Coleman.

It’s the first time I came across Will Epstein but was immediately drawn into this sound, as it reminds me in its edgy, magical, and often surprising songwriting of the vibe I get from Jake Webb, aka Methyl Ethel, the Australian band I am a fan of for many years already.
