vivi rincon - the party
Pop singer/songwriter vivi rincon releases with the beautiful guitar-laced “the party,” the last single from her debut EP crash landing, produced by Matt Martin. The single showcases her songwriting and storytelling craft and leaves enough room to feature her irresistibly gorgeous vocals to the fullest. In “the party,” vivi muses about an instant connection that might or might not become more, and I think we all can relate to such a situation.
With half-Mexican and half-Venezuelan roots, vivi grew up in Houston, Texas, where she came to appreciate the diversity of her hometown. It was at Berklee School of Music where she met her girlfriend and eventual musical collaborator. Asked about “the party,” vivi says:
“Writing ‘the party’ was a sweet experience. it was so cool going back to the beginning of my relationship and exploring the beauty of how it started.”
