VIDEO PREMIERE: Pale Houses - The Ocean Bed
The beautifully flowing “The Ocean Bed” is the lead single of Pale Houses‘ recently released album “Songs of the Isolation” and it got some video treatment. The Nashville-based quartet kept it simple and focused on what is important and came up with a zen-like lyric video. We are psyched to premiere the video today which is highly appealing with its quiet stream of visuals, and are all over again smitten by the gorgeous track we featured a little while ago.
So, what is “The Ocean Bed” about exactly? We asked vocalist Aaron Robinson:
“It’s a song about owning and atoning for your mistakes while trying to keep them in perspective. ‘Don’t call my heart a liar’ is a plea to not be defined by your worst moments. It’s about weathering the storm.”
