SONG PICK: dominoe - Hit Different

New York-based singer and producer dominoe packs quite a few surprises into just over two minutes of her new song “Hit Different.” The classically trained musician brims with ideas and likes to mess around with different genres. She says about the song:

“I was inspired by UK garage beats and house music when I started making this song. The song starts off slow with an R&B feel but switches up and changes pace throughout the song to keep things interesting. I really like to combine different styles in a unique way in my production and I think that the mix of elements in this song makes it a fun and unexpected listen.”
