Sarah King - The Longest Night

The longest night in the northern hemisphere was yesterday, but for Vermont-based singer/songwriter Sarah King, it was going on much longer. Her new song “Longest Night” describes the difficult awakening from an unsatisfactory relationship. The winter solstice is over; now, life can look brighter again.

Sarah explains:

“Although that relationship has been permanently off for years, I was apparently still holding onto something about it somewhere deep within. When this song came out of me, I felt a weight lifted.”
