When New York’s rock legends Statues of Liberty took the stage of The Delancey on February 24, things went full circle for us at glamglare: the band of John Law, Prince Hal and Hitomi was among the first local acts we followed through the live clubs of Downtown Manhattan, and the first one we ever saw playing at The Delancey. We could not be more honored to have had them on our showcase.

To help celebrate the occasion, with Flirtclub another New York punk rock trio opened, showcasing a darker side with a couple of new songs. The fast rising New Jersey quartet The Nectars followed them on stage. Their high energy rock is catchy as hell and this show might have been one of the last occasions to see them in such an intimate setting. With The Loud Soft Loud, the night found a perfect closer: the four-piece from New York infuses new life into the classic guitar rock.
