Leyya - Pumped Up High
It is good to see that the Austrian duo Leyya is back with new music. The first single, “Pumped Up High,” of their upcoming album Half Asleep, out on August 30 via Minor Changes/Ink Music, is a high-energy electro-pop song about a specific state of mind. The band explains:
“To be in the middle of a crowd, a club, a gathering—to be in it, but not part of it. The feeling of being included but without the urge to exchange conversations with other people. You could say ‘Pumped Up High’ is about the joy of not being perceived in an environment where you’re welcome.”
