Light, a little mysterious and simply utterly beautiful, describes “Solar,” the new single by South East London alt-pop artist Lauren Dejey. Asked about the inspiration and background for “Solar,” Lauren explains:
“‘Solar’ is a sonic polaroid of one night in June last year. Sat on a rooftop on a warm Summer’s evening, creeping over the London skyline was a huge red moon. It felt like the universe had put it there just for us, so we wrote this song the next day.”
