Karisa - Sin City

"Sin City," the new single by Karisa, comes with a mesmerizing dose of synths and a touch of 80s nostalgia, and I love it! The Toronto-based artist co-produced the song with CL3VR, né Lucas Vuco, who happens to be Karisa’s boyfriend. Here's to a happy and fruitful relationship! Karisa's deep, warm vocals lend the glistening synths the perfect counterpoint. Asked about the track, Karisa says:

 “This is my first song about actual heartache. I drew upon some of my own experiences with heartache and the feelings of missing what was."

The song is rooted in the sin and risk of Las Vegas, with Karisa “creating a story of gambling on love.”
