Jayda G - If We Only Knew
Just being all gloomy about the future of the planet helps nobody. So the Canadian-born, London-based DJ and electronic musician Jayda G takes action and shows solutions in the documentary Blue Carbon, directed by Nicolas Brown. Our Song Pick of the Day, “If We Only Knew,” is part of the soundtrack and features Ibeyi’s Lisa Kainde as a co-writer.
Jayda says:
”The song is a heartfelt plea to Mother Nature, with lyrics like ‘I keep calling your name,’ showing our desire to reconnect with the planet. Through this track, we want to highlight our impact on the environment and inspire everyone to seek forgiveness and work towards a better relationship with nature.“
