Hannah Mohan - Soaked
In only a month, on July 12th, to be precise, singer/songwriter Hannah Mohan (fronting And the Kids) will release her debut solo album, Time Is a Walnut via Egghunt Records. After two superb singles, “Peace Be The Day” and “Hell,” the Northampton, Massachusetts-based artist now released another fantastic taste from her upcoming album, the gorgeous and slightly mysterious “Soaked.” Looking through the track list, with song titles like “Therapist,” “Heaven and Drugs,” or “Look At All My Problems,” I am pretty sure this album makes for a very interesting listening experience! In a month, we’ll know more, and for now, there’s “Soaked,” and what Hannah shares about her album, co-written & produced by Alex Toth, ft. Lady Lamb. Hannah says about Time Is A Walnut:
“I think it’s about accepting the gray space, of being in that space of not knowing. You know all those little seasons of your life where you’re riddled with anxiety? It’s just about accepting the chaos, sinking into it like sinking into a couch.”
