“Fluid” explores “the state of being before assuming form.” The Copenhagen-based composer, producer, and singer Fie Eike sings over a soundscape that flows and meanders like a river through sunny meadows. Fluidity, the ability to adapt to the circumstances, is an essential survival skill. However, “it can sometimes become a weakness, if we adapt too much and lose our sense of self in order to fit in or do what we think others expect of us,” Fie Eike explains.
