Eaves Wilder - Morning Rain

The London singer/songwriter Eaves Wilder is just 19 years old and thinks that school is a waste of time that keeps her from doing what she really wants: making music. Only time will tell if she made the right choice, but for now, she is signed to Secretly Canadian and does beautifully edgy pop songs like “Morning Rain.”

Eaves says:

“For me, school was something that postponed life from starting. I spent the entire time trying to get out of it. You spend 18 years memorizing so much information and then they turn around and expect you to know who you are and what you want, but you’re not given a chance to really figure that out.”
