Dutch Mustard - Dreaming
What better way to kick off The New Colossus Festival, which starts tonight, with a musician we very much anticipate seeing live? We are excited that Dutch musician Sarah-Jayne Riedel aka SJ, who makes music as Dutch Mustard comes to New York City to perform her atmospheric shoegaze-inspired brand of sound. About her new single "Dreaming," which carries its beautiful vibe already in the title, the London-based artist says:
“Dreaming captures that strange grey area at the start of a relationship—when you're unsure if it’s real or just a dream. It’s about a rare, true connection and the vulnerability of opening yourself up, letting someone in, and wondering if they’ll meet you in the same world.”
