To join Mac Demarco's live band, Daryl Johns left his home in New Jersey and moved to California. He not only plays bass in Demarco's band but also creates his own blend of catchy indie pop that's impossible not to like. With his new single "I'm So Serious," the gifted musician announces his upcoming self-titled album, out on November 22, via Mac's Record Label. "I'm So Serious" reminds me of late 70s hits, specifically Hall and Oates, so I'm curious about Darly Johns' debut album.
