SONG PICK: Jonny Wildey – Your Dreams
What is it with cowbells? What’s their appeal? The unique percussion instrument lends a touch of urgency but also carefreeness to any song. The new single “Your Dreams” by London-based artist Jonny Wildey puts the cowbell to best use: supporting a warm, funky and soulful production evoking famous sounds of the 70s. The gorgeous “Your Dreams” is part of Wildey’s upcoming album Nitely, written and recorded over a period of three years and scheduled to drop on October 15th via Wotnot Music. When asked what “Your Dreams” is about, Wildey says:
“Your Dreams” is a fun jam track about how expressing dreams changes them.
