SONG PICK: Faultress – Beating Heart (An Ode To Oxytocin)
When an artist calls Kate Bush, Björk and FKA twigs among her inspirations, you surely don’t expect some run of the mill pop music from her. On the other hand, it is a tall order to fill, but by going completely her own way singer/songwriter Faultress is more than up to the challenge. Her new EP “5 Myths” contains 5 playful songs, such as our Song Pick of the Day “Beating Heart,” which is build almost entirely out of percussion, a synth bass line and Faultress’ vocals.
