SONG PICK: Pearla - Forgive Yourself

“Forgive Yourself” is one those tracks that has an end that makes you forget how it began. Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter Nicole Rodriguez aka Pearla starts the song as quietly just on the guitar, but somewhere along the way it turns into a sonic monster, akin to the one you may need to stare down in your mind to forgive yourself for something grave.

“Forgive Yourself” comes as a double single with “Pumpkin”. More music from her is hopefully coming out in the near future.
