SONG PICK: talker – Collateral Damage
Some people are completely self-centered in their misery and don’t realize the “Collateral Damage” they inflict on others. Such a situation describes L.A.-based singer/songwriter Celeste Tauchar aka talker in her debut single. It is a perfectly executed, emotional pop song with a chorus that sticks in your head and that you may sing next time to somebody who hurts you with their own problems. But it is the grungy guitar that adds drama and let “Collateral Damage” stand out. We are looking forward to more music from talker, to be expected on her EP later this year.
