To start off the new year with a bang, we invited back RYAL, who had headlined our very first show back in fall 2016. They are now a duo (plus a live keyboarder) and came to support their excellent new electronic album “Silver And Gold” (Apple Music | Spotify). Also a come-back to the glamglare stage had Sarik Kumar’s indie rock four-piece Mars Motel: their warm, melodic guitar songs were a delight to everyone in the room.
We were particularly excited to finally welcome Mïrändä to a show of ours. Miranda brings an enticing one-woman show to stage and effortlessly fuses bright synth pop with darker industrial undertones. Opening the night was Becca Krueger, who presented stripped-down acoustic versions of her usually more electronic music and got the entire room to sing with her.
