SONG PICK: Yumi and the Weather – Callum
Brighton-based singer/songwriter and label owner Yumi And The Weather is back with another double A-side single after the stellar ”Distant Days/In The Night” in May. The second cut “Callum”, a song about “someone leaving a relationship where their partner wasn’t pulling their weight” is a shape-shifting track that starts with a guitar, then adds an irresistible retro-synth line before culminating in a big finale.
