Kai Irina Hahn of The Sedona Effect likes to share the stage not only with three band members, but also a snake. I have to admit that I was rather happy that she had to leave the reptile at home because of the cold winter weather. But even without live animals, Kai and her band mates deliver their electronic dark wave music with a gripping and mesmerizing show. The Sedona Effect opened together with Deth Rok for 90s trip hop legend Ruby at The Delancey on December 17.
