SONG PICK: AOSOON – Something
AOSOON, the musical project by London artist Manny Folorunso, label their latest single “Something” as #GangstaFolk and I call it super gorgeous! “Something” has a mesmerizing flow to it with its beautiful guitar play and rhythm, being a sunny and bright tune on the surface and only by listening closer to the lyrics it becomes evident that it is not all happy, happy here. Although, Ella Squirrell’s delightfully charming vocals make you believe it is just so: “Just remember we are in this together”. Listen to “Something”, our Song Pick of the Day:
