“Locus” by London post-punk quartet Great Ytene is exciting in its slightly distorted and disharmonious structure. This is no all too sweet sugary pop but a sonic gem for all those who like their music a bit more gritty, noisy and challenging in its beauty and who dig Chicago’s Disappears for example.
