The most irresistible sound of 2016 comes from blending the intimacy of acoustic folk with the endless possibilities of electronic music. Over here in New York we have The Overcoats, who master this art, but of course they are not the only ones: Saint Sister, the duo of Morgan MacIntyre and Gemma Doherty, is from Ireland and adds a Celtic component to their music with a electro-acoustic harp. “Tin Man”is a reflective, quiet song and will be released on vinyl December 16.
