NEW VIDEO: Dan Owen – Made To Love You
Singer/songwriter Dan Owen, hailing from Shrewsbury located somewhere between Birmingham and Liverpool in England, released a powerful video to his already amazing single “Made to Love You”. What makes the video so compelling, is its strong, thought-provoking narrative. In contrary to some other videos who take over with their visuals and distract from the actual song, “Made to Love You” seems to visually express what Dan Owen wanted to bring across in the first place.
This is not a video where violence is being used as a matter of entertainment, but to make aware of a heavy issue, namely domestic violence, without becoming too gory or gloomy. The video is rather pleasing, actually, despite its serious topic and for me that is one of the remarkable accomplishments of this piece. Dan Owen is gifted with soulful, raspy vocals, and crazy good song writing skills, and we might have only barely scratched the surface here. Watch “Made to Love You” now:
